Department of Homeland Security and NSA Dominance

The Department of Homeland Security is the new kid on the block, the NSA has been around for over 60 years and handles a large portion of the black projects budget including most extraterrestrial reverse engineering programs. The DHS is a domestic issue vehicle despite what its political luminaries might envision. One thing I have come to conclude based on my research and insights is that intelligence agencies contain component information layers that give rise to factions and distinct agendas. Each agenda vies for a piece of the budget and in doing so may break away from the main body becoming itself distinct in motivation and application. The more autonomous an organ becomes as concerns its budget the more the faction is able to break away from the main body eventuating a self serving, self funded direction that is known intimately only by a very small group. There are several very highly advanced break away factions that have developed elaborate means of self funding and which undergo absolutely no oversight and consequently exercise immense power in their realms of interest unbeknownst to legislators and media alike. Much of what is occurring in our world is shaped largely by unseen groups that are facilitating their own agendas which supercede even the highest levels of military and finance.

Many tend to think that the banking elite are the apex of control when in fact they are reliant upon the technological applications of the new breed of leader - the Deep Root Scientist. Here is an excerpt from chapter 3 of Buckminster Fullers Operating Manual for Spaceship Earth :

Then there came a time, which was World War I, when the most powerful out-pirates challenged the in-pirates with the scientific and technological innovation of an entirely new geometry of thinking. The out-pirates attack went under and above the sea surface and into the invisible realm of electronics and chemical warfaring. Caught off-guard, the in-pirates, in order to save themselves, had to allow their scientists to go to work on their own inscrutable terms. Thus, in saving themselves, the Great Pirates allowed the scientists to plunge their grand, industrial logistics, support strategy into the vast ranges of the electro-magnetic spectrum that were utterly invisible to the pirates.The pirates until then had ruled the world through their extraordinarily keen senses. They judged things for themselves, and they didn’t trust anyone else’s eyes. They trusted only that which they could personally smell, hear, touch, or see. But the Great Pirates couldn’t see what was going on in the vast ranges of the electro-magnetic reality. Technology was going from wire to wireless, from track to trackless, from pipe to pipeless, and from visible structural muscle to the invisible chemical element strengths of metallic alloys and electro-magnetics.

The Great Pirates came out of that first world war unable to cope knowledgeably with what was going on in the advanced scientific frontiers of industry. The pirates delegated inspection to their "troubleshooter" experts, but had to content themselves with relayed second-hand information. This forced them to appraise blindly-ergo, only opinionatedly‹ whether this or that man really knew what he was talking about, for the G. P.’s couldn’t judge for themselves. Thus the Great Pirates were no longer the masters. That was the end. The Great Pirates became extinct. But because the G. P.’s had always operated secretly, and because they hoped they were not through, they of course did not announce or allow it to be announced that they were extinct. And because the public had never known of them and had been fooled into thinking of their kingly stooges and local politicians as being in reality the head men, society was and is as yet unaware either that the Great Pirates once ran the world or that they are now utterly extinct.

Though the pirates are extinct, all of our international trade balancing and money ratings, as well as all economic accounting, in both the capitalistic and communistic countries, hold strictly to the rules, value systems, terminology, and concepts established by those Great Pirates. Powerful though many successors to the Great Pirates’ fragmented dominions may be, no one government, religion, or enterprise now holds the world’s physical or metaphysical initiatives.

The dynamics involved at the geo-political level are secondary and inferior to the inner circle of hidden agendas which encompass the unseen realms and which are directed by intelligence factions that oversee the continued interaction of human officiates with those of various extraterrestrial races. The DHS is a domestic military project, and as it sends its probes out into the vast domain of intelligence channels it can't help but find that the channels are already owned and operated by others.

A top US cybersecurity official has quit, complaining in a resignation letter obtained by Wired magazine that US cyber protection efforts are being dominated by the super-secret National Security Agency (NSA).

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed the resignation of Rod Beckstrom, director of the National Cyber Security Center (NCSC), but did not give a reason for his decision to step down.

“We thank Rod for his service, and regret his departure,” the DHS said in a statement emailed to AFP.

While declining to confirm the authenticity of the letter published by the online edition of Wired, the department stressed in its statement that it had a “strong relationship” with the NSA.

“The Department of Homeland Security has a strong relationship with the NSA, and continues to work in close collaboration with all of our federal partners on protecting federal civilian networks,” it said.

“We look forward to our continued, positive working relationship with all our partners on outreach to the private sector as we strive to further secure our nation’s cyber networks,” the department added.

Wired, in its “Danger Room” blog, published what it said was a copy of the resignation letter to DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano from Beckstrom, who was appointed to the post a year ago by former DHS secretary Michael Chertoff.

In the letter, Beckstrom complained that the NCSC had been effectively sidelined by the NSA and warned against putting the surveillance agency in charge of national cybersecurity.

“NSA effectively controls DHS cyber efforts,” Beckstrom said. “While acknowledging the critical importance of NSA to our intelligence efforts, I believe this is a bad strategy on multiple grounds,” he said.
