India's Red Rain Contains Life Not Seen On Earth

There's an idea - common, but not popular in scientific circles - that all life on Earth was seeded from comets, asteroids or meteors which struck the planet and contained the building blocks necessary to kickstart the evolutionary process.

It's called "panspermia" and it caused an all-in boffin barney some 15 years ago when several scientists backed claims there was evidence of life in a Martian meteorite found in the Allan Hills in Antarctica.

It's been proven that life can survive in space, just as it's been proven that the interior of the Mars meteorite never rose above 50C during its journey to Earth.

Unfortunately for alien-spotters, those cells can also be found on Earth, so the argument's never been settled.

Then in July 2001, the rain turned red in India.

And not just red - The Hindu claimed witness reports of yellow, green and black rain in the months that followed.

The first theory to emerge was that it was simply sand or dust picked up from a desert, but a local physicist, Godfrey Louis, found that under a microscope, the water contained cells that looked like bugs.

Five years later, he published a theory suggesting the bugs that turned the rain red in India may have come from a comet that exploded above the Earth and seeded clouds.

Today, after a further four years of studying the cells, joined by a leading panspermia theorist from the UK, Chandra Wickramasinghe, Professor Louis has published claims that they are unlike anything found on Earth.

He says the cells - inert at room temperature - begin to reproduce at 121C.

Within two hours of being exposed to the heat, "daughter cells appear within the original mother cells and the number of cells in the samples increases with length of exposure", they say in the new report.

While many spores on Earth can survive that kind of extreme heat, none have yet been discovered that can reproduce in those conditions, much less require it to begin reproducing.

The team also found an unusual pattern in the way the cells changed colour under UV light, known as "fluorescence behaviour".

They said it was "in remarkable correspondence" with red emissions from the Red Rectangle planetary nebula some 2300 light years away, "suggesting, though not proving, an extraterrestrial origin".

While the panspermia angle is already being rejected by the scientific community at large, there's plenty of interest in the final finding of Prof Louis's team - the cells contain no DNA.

"As a biologist, let me assure you that a cell-sized and shaped organism that reproduces, lives off LB and doesn't appear to have any nucleic acid template (DNA or RNA) is a revolutionary discovery in and of itself," one commenter wrote at TechnologyReview.

The only lifeforms that occur on Earth without DNA, according to another commenter, are proteins known as "prions", best known on Earth as the cause of Mad Cow Disease.

Scientists celebrated Sunday after finding more than 700 suspected new planets -- including up to 140 similar in size to Earth -- in just six weeks of using a powerful new space observatory.

Early results from NASA’s Kepler Mission, a small satellite observing deep space, suggested planets like Earth were far more common than previously thought.

Past discoveries suggested most planets outside our solar system were gas giants
such as Jupiter and Saturn -- but the new evidence tipped the balance in favor of solid worlds.

Astronomers said the discovery meant the chances of eventually finding truly Earth-like planets capable of sustaining life rose sharply.

NASA so far formally announced only five new exoplanets -- those outside our solar system -- from the mission because its scientists were still analyzing Kepler’s finds to confirm they are actually planets.

“The figures suggest our galaxy, the Milky Way [which has more than 100 billion stars] will contain 100 million habitable planets, and soon we will be identifying the first of them,” said Dimitar Sasselov, professor of astronomy at Harvard University and a scientist on the Kepler Mission. "There is a lot more work we need to do with this, but the statistical result is loud and clear, and it is that planets like our own Earth are out there."

NSA Threatened Qwest CEO Over Mass Surveillance

To get a sense of the magnitude of the situation consider the story of the school who was spying on its students with school issued laptops that came preloaded with spycam software that utilized the computers webcam and microphone:

"Now that the issue has been coming to light ... several students have reported that over the past year and a half that they've had the school-issued laptops, that all of a sudden the green blinking light would come on the webcam and they have joked that somebody in the district was watching them," Ms Gotlieb said.

"So what has been a joke among the students for the past year-and-a-half all of a sudden today is being taken a little bit more seriously."

Ms Gotlieb says she is alarmed to hear school officials have the ability to remotely access the web cam on her daughter's laptop.

"First of all there's a tremendous right to privacy issue that's of concern," she said.

"In no way did I consent to this when I signed the contract for the use of the laptop. It was never made clear to the parents that this was a capability that the laptops even had.

"And on a simplistic level, we're talking about high school students bringing laptops home.

"Typically, high school students here are going to use those in the privacy of their own bedroom to do their homework in the evenings and late into the night.

"Naturally we feel that we have a sense of privacy when we are in our own home, in our bedroom with the door locked.

"And now we're finding out that at any given moment, somebody in our school district was able to remotely activate that webcam and watch whatever it was that was going on in our home at the time." - ABC News

If school administrators have the ability to remotely access their laptops recording hardware what do you think the NSA has? Consider the fact that technology transfer programs exist between the NSA and all major consumer technology manufacturers and you can begin to fathom the embedded back-doors that exist in all consumer products.

WMR has learned from sources who worked in senior positions for the telecommunications company Qwest that its former chairman and CEO, Joseph Nacchio, was threatened with retaliation after he refused to participate in an unconstitutional and illegal National Security Agency (NSA) wiretapping program after he met with NSA officials on February 27, 2001, some six months before the 9/11 attacks. Nacchio refused to turn over customer records without a court order -- something NSA did not possess at the time it made its request.

After Nacchio refused NSA’s request on the grounds that it was illegal, sources close to Nacchio reported his legal problems with the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission began in earnest. First, Qwest lost out on several lucrative federal government contracts and second, Nacchio was indicted and convicted in 2007 of 19 counts of insider stock trading. Nacchio was sentenced to six years in the Schuykill federal prison camp in Minersville, Pennsylvania, where he is now assigned prisoner number 33973-013.

In January, US District Judge Marcia Krieger of the 10th Circuit Court in Denver denied Nacchio’s motion for a new trial. Krieger was nominated for the federal bench by President George W. Bush on September 10, 2001. The September 10 date is significant -- it was then clear that Nacchio was not going to be a player in the NSA and FBI illegal surveillance programs and it was the day before the Bush administration would sweep aside the First and Fourth Amendments to the Constitution in the wake of the 9/11 attacks. Qwest is headquartered in Denver.

The illegal NSA surveillance program, once known by its highly-classified code-name STELLAR WIND, was revealed by AT&T employee Mark Klein, who divulged NSA’s “secret room” on the 6th floor at AT&T’s central office on Folsom Street in San Francisco. The “secret room” was next door to the 4ESS phone switch. According to AT&T documents, NSA had direct wiretaps on key Internet circuits on the floor above. NSA’s operation conducted vacuum-cleaner copying of the data stream of the Internet, which included e-mail, web browsing, VOIP phone calls (e.g., Skype) and all the other common Internet services. There is informed speculation that because of an aggressive AT&T internal campaign to transfer all its old long-distance traffic to fiber lines, traditional phone calls that passed through the 4ESS switch were likely transferred to the Internet circuits, making phone calls also very likely subject to NSA eavesdropping.

AT&T and Verizon agreed to participate in the STELLAR WIND program.

Even though there is ample evidence that the federal government engaged in massive prosecutorial misconduct in retaliation for Nacchio’s refusal to participate in STELLAR WIND and associated FBI surveillance programs, the Supreme Court refused to review the case against the former Qwest chief. The Supreme Court also denied Nacchio bail pending his appeal, a clear attempt by the most corrupt Supreme Court in American history to prevent Nacchio from airing the NSA’s dirty laundry about domestic wiretapping and pressure on telecommunication firms’ senior corporate officials.

Qwest shareholders and retirees blamed Nacchio for their financial losses, however, it is now clear that the NSA and the Bush administration targeted Qwest for retribution after its top boss refused to cooperate in the illegal domestic wiretap programs of the NSA and FBI.

Qwest founder, railroad and oil magnate Philip Anschutz, a conservative Christian who owns The Examiner chain of metro region newspapers and several entertainment firms and professional sports teams, testified on Nacchio’s behalf.

The news of NSA’s threats of retaliation against Nacchio will come as little comfort to those NSA employees, including the jailed ex-NSA analyst Ken Ford, Jr., on similar trumped up charges. If someone as wealthy and powerful as Nacchio could be brought down by the illegal domestic joint targeting operations carried out by the NSA, FBI, and corrupt Justice Department prosecutors, those rank-and-file NSA employees who have blown the whistle on NSA’s illegal operations stand little chance of having their “day in court.”

The electronic neural/telepathic grid that is being constructed around us has long been seen as the final solution to the question of uncertainty in the science of perception management. The essence of this construct that combines its power through various applications and devices is to amass data streams that provide for the opportunity of instantaneous feedback, made actual with near instantaneous response capability.

Through the use of vital swarm information, bodies forming into mass can be dispersed strategically; populations can be herded and divided scientifically using frequency weapons which utilize electromagnetic modulation, inducing in its recipients visual/auditory hallucinations, fear, pain, confusion, depression and even organ failure and cancer. Television is already used to do much of this to great effect. Consider that during prime time programming, there are sometimes millions of people watching the exact same show, viewing the exact same commercials and being cajoled to feel the exact same emotions, implicating the exact same collective imprint. The relationship of the human to the television is a cultural phenomena that spans the globe; those who are so inclined often feel a void in their own home if the consoling hum of the television is not present. I would estimate that the vast majority of homes and vehicles are either saturated by the presence of a television experience or radio experience during most of the waking day.

The technology that is being fed into this neural 'defence shield' architecture is often times the spin-off of decades old black operation technologies. Much of what we see now being employed as regards military hardware, computing power, and modulation technology has trickled down from the long since established Technology Trust, which oversees and coordinates all transfers of black project material to the corporate sector. What we see discussed in the media is always as a matter taken from what is known to exist, obviously, though what lays concealed can sometimes be extracted from the clues embedded in what is revealed under the pretenses of a false context. The nano-dust so described in the video above by a silicon valley type is a good example of an out of context rendering. The reality of nano-dust and bio-engineering is already present, and already functions as it has been intended.

The blanket of particulate matter that accosts all of us in the industrialized world and beyond, in the form of plane spread nano-materials, is indeed the pixie dust of the technocracy which is used to embed the environment with a feedback capability. Using electromagnetic 'sonar' emitted from ELF/ULF/Radar towers a feedback system of biorhythm and emotional states can be used to modulate and entrain the human mind field by varying the frequency and amplitude emitted from the transmitters. People can be induced into lethargy, anxiety, giddiness, foolishness, anger, and even made to lose motor control of their bodies, all very easily. In fact this is a science that has long since been perfected. That this technology is so little known and even less discussed lies at the heart of a matter that goes much deeper than the social/physical Panopticon but extends beyond what we accept as the boundaries of perception.

Regarding the physical containment of humanity, a curious fact that is now relatively well known in certain circles comes to mind - namely, that the moon is basically hollow; it consists of largely empty cavities and a surrounding metal, radioactive shell. When NASA determined to crash some objects into the moon they found that it rang like a bell. In fact the moon is apparently constructed convincingly like an interstellar ship would be.

Australian Town Hit By Raining Fish

While the Top End and Central Australia have been battered by torrential rains, a Territory town has had fish falling from the sky.

The freak phenomena happened not once, but twice, on Thursday and Friday afternoon about 6pm at Lajamanu, about 550km southwest of Katherine.

Newsbreaker Christine Balmer, who took these photos of the fish on the ground and in a bucket, had to pinch herself when she was told ``hundreds and hundreds" of small white fish had fallen from the sky.

"It rained fish in Lajamanu on Thursday and Friday night," she said, "They fell from the sky everywhere.

"Locals were picking them up off the footy oval and on the ground everywhere.

"These fish were alive when they hit the ground."

Mrs Balmer, the aged care co-ordinator at the Lajamanu Aged Care Centre, said her family interstate thought she had lost the plot when she told them about the event.

"I haven’t lost my marbles," she said, reassuring herself. "Thank god it didn’t rain crocodiles."

Lajamanu sits on the edge of the Tanami Desert, hundreds of kilometres from Lake Argyle and Lake Elliott and even further from the coast. But it’s not the first time the remote community has been bombarded by fins from above.

In 2004, locals reported fish falling from the sky, and in 1974, a similar incident captured international headlines.

The small white fish are believed to be spangled perch, which are very common through much of northern Australia.

Weather bureau senior forecaster Ashley Patterson said the geological conditions were perfect on Friday for a tornado in the Douglas Daly region.

He said it would have been an ideal weather situation to allow the phenomena to occur - but no tornados have been reported to the authority.

"It’s a very unusual event," he said. "With an updraft, (fish and water picked up) could get up high - up to 60,000 or 70,000 feet.

"Or possibly from a tornado over a large water body - but we haven’t had any reports," he said.

As far back as 1955 John von Neumann said that "Intervention in atmospheric and climatic matters... will unfold on a scale difficult to imagine at present... this will merge each nation's affairs with those of every other, more thoroughly than the threat of a nuclear or any other war would have done." In 1977, the nations of the world were obviously aware of the dangerous implications of the Pentagon's development of "environmental modification techniques" because an international Convention was ratified by the UN General Assembly banning "military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques", which it defined as "any technique for changing - through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes - the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space."

The Pentagon is (or was, until its report was taken offline) on record as having claimed the ability to modify terran and space weather as part of its strategic arsenal:

"[Weather modification] offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary... Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally... It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog and storms on earth or to modify space weather... and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of [military] technologies." In April 1997, then-Defense Secretary William Cohen, answering a journalist's question about an apparently unrelated topic at a conference on terrorism, slipped in some curious remarks about the type of weapons available to those bent on terrorising humanity. The following exchange is taken verbatim from a transcript that used to be posted on the Department of Defense website.

Q: Let me ask you specifically about last week's scare here in Washington, and what we might have learned from how prepared we are to deal with that (inaudible), at B'nai Brith.

A: Well, it points out the nature of the threat. It turned out to be a false threat under the circumstances. But as we've learned in the intelligence community, we had something called -- and we have James Woolsey here to perhaps even address this question about phantom moles. The mere fear that there is a mole within an agency can set off a chain reaction and a hunt for that particular mole which can paralyze the agency for weeks and months and years even, in a search. The same thing is true about just the false scare of a threat of using some kind of a chemical weapon or a biological one. There are some reports, for example, that some countries have been trying to construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a very dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations.

Electromagnetic weapons operate at the speed of light; they can kill, torture and enslave; but the public are largely unaware that they exist, because these weapons operate by stealth and leave no physical evidence. Electromagnetic weapons have been tested on human beings since 1976. By widely dispersing the involuntary human test-subjects, and vehemently attacking their credibility, it has been possible for the United States to proceed with these human experiments unhindered by discussions or criticisms, let alone opposition.

This ultimate weapon system is currently being deployed in Iraq. The US Air Force and the Marine Corps refer to it as "active denial technology", as if it were used purely for defense, but it is not..

Reading Brain Waves and Mind Control

In 1959, Saul B. Sells, a professor of social psychology at a minor US university submitted a proposal to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to build for them the most sophisticated electroencephalography machine that would have an integral computational capacity to analyze and, hopefully, make sense of the brain waves it recorded. In other words, the professor proposed to make a machine that could tell the CIA what a person was thinking, whether or not the person wished to disclose that information.

The CIA approved the project in 1960, adding some library research with five objectives. The fifth objective of the research was, "Techniques for Activating the Human Organism by Remote Electronic Means". The entire assignment was thereafter known as MKULTRA subproject 119, MKULTRA being the CIA’s notorious mind control programme. It was based on the erroneous notion that the Soviets already possessed the means to control minds and the US had to catch up as rapidly as possible.

The documents pertaining to MKULTRA subproject 119 are now held in the National Security Archives (a non-governmental organization) at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. [1]. John Marks, author of The Search for the Manchurian Candidate: The CIA and Mind Control, (Times Books, New York, 1979) donated the MKULTRA documents; his book was republished by W.W. Norton & Company, Inc., New York, 1991 and is still in print.

Project Bizarre followed MKULTRA subproject 119 in 1965. The purpose of Bizarre was to record and analyze the complex microwave signal allegedly being beamed at the American Embassy in Moscow by the Soviets from a building across the street. The interesting thing about Project Bizarre is that while the United States has denied to this very day that there could be adverse health effects from microwave radiation, it immediately suspected that "the Moscow signal" was producing a variety of health effects in Embassy personnel, particularly in the successive ambassadors at whose office it was claimed the signal was being beamed. At the same time that the State Department was testing embassy personnel for DNA breaks produced by the Moscow signal, it felt constrained from complaining to the Soviets because the power of their signal was a tiny fraction of what the US said was a safe, human exposure level. Converting Sound to Microwaves

In 1973, Joseph C. Sharp, an experimental psychologist at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research performed an experiment that was pivotal to the development of the torture equipment being shipped to Iraq today. He had James Lin set up equipment in his laboratory which converted the shape of sound waves into microwave radiation that enabled him to hear himself vocalize the names of the numbers from one to ten in his head, by-passing the mechanism of his own ears. This particular experiment was never published but is mentioned in Lin’s book, Microwave Auditory Effects and Applications, published in 1978 [5].

The experiment has been confirmed in US Patent 6 587 729, "Apparatus for Audibly Communicating Speech Using the Radio Frequency Hearing Effect" [6]. This patent is for an improved version of the apparatus used in the 1973 laboratory experiment, issued on July 1, 2003 and assigned to the Secretary of the Air Force. It provides scientific evidence that it is possible to hear threatening voices in one’s head without suffering from paranoid schizophrenia.

Why has this patent been published openly at a time when the US Government is practicing a degree of secrecy that rivals Stalin’s Kremlin? I have no satisfactory answer, except to say that the apparatus in the patent has already been superseded by equipment that achieves the same effect by far more sophisticated means. It blocks the normal processes of memory and thought by remote electronic means, while at the same time supplying false, distorted and/or unpleasant memories and suggestions by means of a process called "synthetic telepathy". The equipment that produces synthetic telepathy is sometimes referred to as "influence technology".

While voices and visions, daydreams and nightmares are the most astonishing manifestations of this weapon system, it is also capable of crippling the human subject by limiting his/her normal range of movement, causing acute pain the equivalent of major organ failure or even death, and interfering with normal functioning of any of the human senses.

I have the higher quality footage of the video below in my media archive, I can't remember which documentary it came from at the moment, but the video itself was never released by NASA. The reason it's now in the public domain, if I remember even somewhat correctly, is because the real time feed from the STS to the NASA down-link was intercepted by a Vancouver area satellite/radio technician who had the equipment to capture it. He found the band in question one day while scanning the skies and left the stream on record. Hundreds of hours of footage such as that below currently exists, all thanks to that single intercept, which alone constitutes the most compelling series of video disclosures the world has seen to date (publically).

Doctors Group Complains Haiti Supplies Diverted

The U.S. military has been using the 'no control tower' excuse for a week now, the fact of the matter is that they have the means and technology to land planes with little difficulty, the issue is one of priority, and something other than medical supplies has been given higher priority in this unfolding social catastrophe. The Paris-based medical humanitarian organization said the cargo plane carrying 12 tons of drugs, surgical supplies and two dialysis machines was turned away three times and diverted to the neighboring Dominican Republic.

More than 30 countries have rushed relief to Haiti since Tuesday's devastating earthquake, choking the small airfield operated by U.S. Air Force air traffic controllers.

"We cannot accept that planes carrying lifesaving medical supplies and equipment continue to be turned away while our patients die," said Rosa Crestani, a MSF medical coordinator at a Port-au-Prince hospital, said in a news release.

Medical teams for dozens of countries were overwhelmed by the casualties caused by January 12 earthquake that is believed to have killed up to 200,000 people.

"It is like working in a war situation," Crestani said. "We don't have any more morphine to manage pain for our patients."

On Sunday, an MSF plane carrying an inflatable surgical hospital was diverted to the Dominican town of Samana, from where it would take 24 hours to get to Port-au-Prince.

MSF doctors said five of their Haitian patients died at one Port-au-Prince hospital for lack of medical supplies.

"I have never seen anything like this," said Loris de Filippi, emergency coordinator at another Haitian hospital.

"Today, there are 12 people who need lifesaving amputations at Choscal Hospital. We were forced to buy a saw in the market to continue amputations," she said.

The U.S. military has said it is doing its best to get as many planes as possible into Port-au-Prince, where the airport's control tower was knocked out by the quake. The one runway now has a capacity for 100 aircraft a day, they said.

The official story is coming unravelled as quickly as 9-11 did, and in the same ways. Thank God I see that many more, experienced and well-funded independent press organizations are going after the story than there were just after 9-11. Yes, Haiti is being occupied. Yes, it is disaster capitalism. Yes, it reminds me of how the beaches in Sri Lanka devasted by the Tsunami were all instantly transformed from slums and shanties into pristine beaches -- subsequently sold to tourist developers exclusively. It starts with one nagging question. Like this:

Why was a British naval flotilla pulled out of the waters around Haiti just days before the earthquake -- the first such gap in British naval coverage since the 1700s?

Many are still asking why the aircraft carriers Hornet, Yorktown, Enterprise, Saratoga and Lexington had left Pearl Harbor just days before Dec 7, 1941. What does it prove? Nothing. That's why it leaves one unsettled. What does it prove that the U.S. military is denying access to Haiti of relief supplies and personnel from CARICOM? Caricom is a joint, multi-nation Caribbean relief effort with doctors, military, medicine and food. A news story today from Trinidad reported that Caricom personnel and supplies were being turned away.

Nothing to see here, move along, just debris, please move along.....Yet, the fact that this photo was released at all suggests that something is afoot as concerns some type of limited disclosure. How the corporate media handles these types of disclosure releases is typical however, since for most the simplistic explanation provided is good enough to act as a buffer for their preconcieved notions of what constitutes reality.

The images appear to show rows of dark "conifers" sprouting from dunes and hills on the planet surface. But the scene is actually an optical illusion.

The photographs actually show sand dunes coated with a thin layer of frozen carbon dioxide, or dry ice, less than 240 miles from the planet's north pole.

The "trees" are really trails of debris caused by landslides as ice melts in Mars's spring. You can even see a cloud of dust, just to the left of centre of the picture, where an avalanche is caught happening.

The photograph was taken from orbit around Mars by HiRISE, the most powerful camera sent to another planet.
